The firm has significant experience and expertise in the field of community and competition law, with particular reference to the free movement of goods, persons, services, capital, state aid, agricultural policies, organizations having to do with agricultural markets as well as all aspects relating to matters of competition regarding intellectual property. In this field of expertise the firm furthered its activities through participating in community projects pertaining to policies of international cooperation between States which are in partnership with Italian and foreign universities, government agencies and banking institutions.
